Carry out ADAS diagnostic procedures using ADAS Diagnostic and Calibration Equipment on a vehicle that has a minimum of two operating systems I.e. Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) front/rear proximity sensors and lane departure warning
This Qualification is designed for motor vehicle professionals who maintain and repair HEV technologies, including the hybrid or electric drive system itself.

The autobody repair technician training program provided is a high speed, high quality, hands-on training program that teams you with an experienced technician in an autobody repair facility to develop your skills to the highest level – while also getting paid.
Potential to earn €60,000 plus when fully qualified. (€30,000 after successful completion of 16 weeks training program)

The ARM Academy has engaged with the repair industry to establish current workplace activities in order to ensure the courses and training strategies and simulated environments align with current workplace practice.
Regular discussion with the repair industry and insurance stakeholders as well as participant feedback ensures that the offering remains appropriate to the current industry requirement, our ability, as a specialist autobody training facility, to swiftly adapt to the immediate industry skills training requirement is unique in the automotive body repair industry in Ireland.
International Work Experience (IWE) programme.
The A.R.M Academy offers graduates with 2 years’ work experience the opportunity to participate in its unique International Work Experience (IWE) programme.
We can help you gain a work placement with one of our partner bodyshops in the UK, the US or Australia, for up to 12 months, following the successful completion of a 13-week work and training programme and a further 2 years’ experience with an Irish sponsor bodyshop.

A.R.M. Academy at the WorldSkills Event 2023
The ARM Academy recently attended the WorldSkills Event in the RDS, the interest expressed by students and career guidance counsellors in the autobody repair sector greatly exceeded our expectations.
Based on the response from students and requests from career guidance counsellors who visited the two stands we are launching a roadshow with over forty school visits already scheduled.
